“1542” Call Centre of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance to operate during Novruz holiday

The State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance has launched a call center number “1542” for effective organization of work on providing information about mandatory health insurance, improvement the effectiveness of delivered services, expeditious handling the issues falling within the Agency's purview.

“1542” Call Centre is accessible from landline and mobile networks. The telephone number can be dialed to obtain information about coronavirus disease, mandatory health insurance, insurance fees, state healthcare facilities operating as part of mandatory health insurance, benefit package, employment, etc. Moreover, complaints and suggestions about Agency and healthcare facilities can also be made by calling the telephone number.

The service of the Call Center (1542-0) on coronavirus operates around the clock seven days a week, other services available weekdays from 09.00 to 18.00. Call Centre will operate in non-working days during Novruz holiday.
