A meeting was held at the Agency with representatives from the WHO Regional Office for Europe

A meeting was held between Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health  Insurance, and Vugar Gurbanov, Acting Chairman of the Board of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), and Hande Harmanci, Head of the World Health Organization (WHO) Office in Azerbaijan; Satish Mishra, Regional Technical Officer for Rehabilitation at the WHO Regional Office for Europe, and Kasal Morgan, Regional Technical Officer for Rehabilitation and Disability at the European Regional Office.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the activities of the WHO in the field of rehabilitation and ancillary technologies in the European region, the importance of improving the access of the population to these technologies and coordinated the organization of the activities of the Agency and the WHO in this area.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Agency and of TABIB.
