ADA University launches “Capacity Building Program for State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance”

“Capacity Building Program for State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance” was launched at ADA University. The program is implemented in accordance with memorandum signed between ADA University and Agency.

The opening of the program took place with participation of Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Agency Nigar Bayramova, Acting Chairman of the Executive Board of the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) Vugar Gurbanov, Vice Rector of ADA University and Director of Institute of Diplomacy and Development Fariz Ismayilzada, Deputy Director of the Institute Aygun Hajiyeva, Head of HR Management and Development Department of Agency Mushfiq Amirjanov.

N.Bayramova welcomed the participants and expressed her confidence that the training program will contribute to the professional development of employees of Agency and TABIB.

“As part of the training program our employees will acquire knowledge and experience on managing and motivating a team, strategic planning and implementation, decisive leadership, crisis communications management, project management, flexible management, negotiation skills and other topics. The knowledge to be obtained in the training will also have a positive impact on the successful performance of employees.”

The training program is intended for 3 different target groups consisting of division directors, coordinators/senior advisors, and digital transformation/ data science specialists.

 Initially, training will be held for division directors, afterwards for coordinators/senior advisors and digital transformation/data science specialists. 70 employees of Agency are expected to participate in the training course.
