Agency launches trainings on human resources related issues at healthcare facilities

On November 7, 2019 the employees of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) conducted trainings at the Guba District Central Hospital on the topic of “Regulation of human resources issues”. 
The training was attended by the human resources employees of the healthcare facilities located in Guba, Gusar, Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan, Gobustan, Agsu and Khizi districts.
The purpose of the training was to inform and instruct the employees about human resources  management activities for transition to the mandatory health insurance system. 
The training provided general information on the establishment and  activities of the Agency, mandatory health insurance as well as recommendations about how current legislation regulates human resources management at medical facilities. 
Similar trainings are also planned to be held in other regions.
