An electronic service for vaccination against COVID-19 has been launched

The State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) has launched a new electronic service - "COVID-19 vaccine appointment". The purpose of creating this e-service is to distribute vaccine visits according to the capacity of medical facilities and to effectively manage the patient flows. At the same time, the online queuing service saves citizens time, as the time they spend waiting on a queue at vaccination facilities is minimized.

According to the "Strategy of Vaccination against COVID-19 in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2021-2022", in the first stage, people aged 65 and over will use this e-service. Thus, in order to use the service, citizens must visit the website https://randevu.its.gov.az/ and select the "COVID-19 vaccine appointment" service. Then, in order to take an online queue, in the new window it is necessary to enter the series, serial number and the FIN code of the ID card first and click "Check". Afterwards the vaccination facility, date and time of the appointment must be selected and entered the mobile number.  After the registration is completed, a message will be sent to the entered mobile number. The message indicates the date, time and place of the vaccination of the first dose.

Note that there is no need to re-register for the injection of the second dose 28 days after the injection of the first dose. This is because, during the first application, an automatic electronic queue is given for the second dose at the same time interval and place

It is required to re-register if one wants to change the time or place of vaccination. Upon arrival, it is necessary to present an identity card to the registrar at the medical facility.

It should be noted that the citizens diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 1 year are automatically identified by the online queuing system and their application is not registered.
Here you can find an explanatory video instruction on taking an online queue for vaccination against COVID-19.
