AZN 28,500 was paid as a temporary allowance and wage bonus to the medical workers of private medical facilities and volunteers involved in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic in November

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 112, dated of March 25, 2020 and the Order, dated of April 1, 2020, the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance paid a temporary allowance to three medical workers of private medical facilities involved in the fight against the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection in proportion to working hours and wage bonus to 88 volunteers in November.

In accordance with the relevant resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers, the amount of a temporary allowance to the salaries of employees of private medical facilities involved in the fight against the COVID-19 infection was set at three, four, and five times the monthly salary. According to the resolution, three medical workers of private medical facilities were paid a temporary allowance in the amount of 6,500 manat in proportion to their working hours/time in November.

It should be noted that all salary deductions payable by the employee will be calculated from the final amount.

According to the decree, 88 volunteers were paid a total of 22,000 manat in November, 250 manat per month. Salary deductions from this amount are not calculated.
