Chairman of the Executive Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance Zaur Aliyev met with residents in Mingachevir

On October 3, 2018 Chairman of the Executive Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance Zaur Aliyev met with residents in Mingachevir city where the Mandatory Health Insurance is implemented as a pilot project. .

The appeals of the citizens were mainly related to the implementation of mandatory health insurance, medical examination and treatment, supply with medication and other means, employment and other issues.

Citizens' appeals were heard, most issues were resolved on the spot and assignments regarding a number of appeals were given to the structural divisions of the Agency. Detailed explanation were given to citizens applying for the issues, which is not within the competence of the Agency.

Z.Aliyev instructed for forwarding the appeals made by citizens for consideration to the relevant organizations.

In addition, he also mentioned that proposals made by citizens will be taken into account in the activities of the Agency and its subordinate medical institutions.

During the meeting citizens expressed their gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev for the implementation of mandatory health insurance in Mingachevir, increasing the access to healthcare services, as well as the assignments on holding of regular reception of citizens with heads of central executive authorities, heads of government institutions in cities and districts.
