The hired doctors were educated in the Republic of Turkiye and are mainly specialized in pediatric, therapeutic, surgical, and radiological profiles. These specialists are employed in healthcare facilities under authority of TABIB. Additionally, the specialized doctors will share their experience from foreign countries to the local personnel, including modern examination and treatment methods, improving the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of the doctors.

It should be noted that a total of 103 people applied for available vacancies. Most of the candidates were mainly specialized in surgery, therapy, pediatrics, obstetrics-gynecology, anesthesiology, and resuscitation. The specialists may apply to up to three medical facilities at the same time.
