In accordance with the "Strategy of Vaccination against COVID-19 in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2021-2022", the process of vaccination of medical workers continues successfully. 70% of health workers have already been vaccinated.

According to the strategy, the next phase of COVID-19 vaccination will begin on February 8. In order to organize this phase, citizens over 65 years old are asked to choose the nearest medical center to be vaccinated by registering at randevu.its.gov.az from February 5, 2021 at 00:00. After registration, citizens will be informed via SMS and they can take the first dose of the vaccine.

Although the date of the second vaccination and other necessary information is stated in the "Information Form" provided to citizens at the medical center, in addition, the date of the second dose will be re-sent via SMS. It should be noted that it is possible to apply for vaccination only by registering at randevu.its.gov.az, and the second dose will be injected at the medical center where the first dose was given. Additional instructions on using the system will be provided in the coming days.
