Information of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance and the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions

In accordance with the "Strategy of Vaccination against COVID-19 in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2021-2022", the staged  vaccination continues. According to the strategy, from February 17 the next phase of COVID-19 vaccination will be offered to people 50 years of age and older. To get vaccinated the aforementioned people are required to take an online queue by going to https://randevu.its.gov.az/ website and selecting “COVID-19 vaccine appointment” e-service.  Afterwards, it is necessary to enter the serial number and the FIN code of the ID card and click "Check". It must be followed by selecting the vaccination facility,  date and time of the appointment and entering  the mobile number.  After the registration is completed, a message will be sent to the entered mobile number. The message indicates the date, time and place of the vaccination of the first dose.

Note that there is no need to re-register for the injection of the second dose 28 days after the injection of the first dose. This is because, during the first application, an automatic electronic queue is given for the second dose at the same time interval and place.

It is required to re-register to change the time or place of initial vaccination appointment. Upon arrival at the appointed time, it is necessary to present an identity card to the registrar of the medical facility.

Those who face challenges during  registration process should contact polyclinics on the basis of place of residence and inform the registrar about their idendities. The registrar will help to get an online queue on behalf of the applicant.
