State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance became a public legal entity

The President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree concerning activity of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance. The Decree formally approves the Agency Charter. President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Agency are commissioned to act as founders.

Initial charter capital amounts to four million manats is derived from the state budget.

The Charter sets out the Agency goals, activity directions, rights and obligations, charter capital, assets, basis for financial operation, etc.

The Agency has already been duly registered as a public legal entity.
