The graduates of the Capacity Building Program were awarded as part of the cooperation with ADA

The second phase of Capacity Building Program for the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance – which was implemented within the partnership of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (the Agency) and the Development and Diplomacy Institute of ADA University Specialization Programs – has been completed. Of those in attendance, 117 employees of the Agency and the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) participated in the training program organized by Specialization Programs and lasting for five months since November of last year.

Fariz Ismayilzadeh, Vice-Rector of ADA University and Director of the Development and Diplomacy Institute, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of Agency, Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Director of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), and Nargiz Ismayilova, Head of Specialization Programs of ADA University, took part in the event.

The training course held at ADA University taught about project management, professional communication, negotiation, emotional intelligence, time management, stress management skills, diplomatic protocol rules and other topics.

Vice-Rector Fariz Ismayilzadeh congratulated the employees of both organizations on the completion of the training course: "Through this training, we support the professional development of the Agency's employees together with experienced trainers. We are sure that the skills they have gained will help to improve the quality of their daily performance. It is gratifying that our ongoing discussions with the Agency for expansion of our cooperation led to the introduction of new initiatives," he said.

Zaur Aliyev, the Chairman of the Board of the Agency, congratulated the employees of the Agency on completing the training course and expressed his gratitude to ADA University for providing the opportunity to participate in the training: "The successful performance of every organization and enterprise depends on the potential of its personnel and approach to work. The self-development of each employee, regardless of their position and authority, means the development of the enterprise. Of course, the achievement of this success depends on the initiative and determination of both parties – both the management and the employee. I am sure that the knowledge and experience gained from the training will enable the professional management of the projects we implement under mandatory health insurance."

In his speech, TABIB Executive Director Vugar Gurbanov congratulated the employees who completed the training course and spoke about the aim of the course: "Today, TABIB's relations with international organizations and foreign countries are intensively expanding. Consistent work is being done in the field of organization of local and international events and in the implementation of projects. I believe that all our colleagues who participated in the training organized within the framework of the Capacity Building Program improved their professional skills and acquired new knowledge, and this knowledge will contribute to their performance in the fields I have listed. The participation of TABIB employees in this training held in cooperation with the Agency and ADA is of great importance for our organization."

At the end, the graduates of the training course were awarded with certificates, and a commemorative photo was taken.
