The information of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance

In accordance with the Order of the Cabinet of Ministers № 127 dated February 26, 2022, public legal entities established by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan were requested to submit within 15 days to the Cabinet of Ministers, the list of employees and civil workers who showed commitment on the fronts  of the Patriotic War according to the “Charter on rules and conditions of assignment of rank of the veteran of war, the veteran of Armed Forces and the veteran of work”. They are also required to submit supporting documents and separate reference about each person with detailed description of performed duties on the front.

Pursuant to the Order, State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) collects necessary information with the aim of conferring the title of the veteran of war to the employees who showed commitment on the fronts of the Patriotic War.

Agency imposed a task on the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB) to prepare the list and supporting documents of persons employed in subordinated healthcare entities who were sent to the zones of military operations to perform duties relating to provision.

According to the task TABIB shall prepare the list and supporting information about those persons - copy of military ID, personal records, business trip authorization forms, excerpts from edict and other documents proving participation in military operations.

Following the submission of relevant list to the Agency, the document will be submitted to the relevant state body to review the issue of conferring the title of war veterans to above mentioned persons.
