Ramil Mehdiyev, head of the Agency's Information Technologies and Innovations Office, welcomed the participants and declared the event open.

"Expanding the scope of Internet use enables the development of digital technologies. Digitization is the process of digitization of information, which gradually minimizes or eliminates the use and storage of information on paper media. In our country, the advantage of digital technologies is highly appreciated, and important steps are taken in this direction by relevant state institutions. One of the actions taken towards the development of digital technology is the launch of a new version of the "e-Tabib" mobile application. The purpose in creating a new version of the mobile application is to make it more convenient and flexible for users to electronically track the results of the medical services they receive. We hope that the improved version will serve to facilitate the use of the application by the public and ensure better access to their personal information.”

Nijat Karimov, the head of the Information Analysis and Exchange Division of the Information Technologies and Innovations Office of the Agency, provided the guests with detailed information about the mobile application. He said that the new version of the mobile application is more functional. While the previous version was only related to the COVID-19 infection, the functions of the improved new version allow citizens to avoid wasting time, and to track the history of medical services provided to them.

“Through the mobile application, citizens will be able to view their requests made to medical facilities, diagnoses, results of examinations and laboratory tests, medical certificates, and referrals online. All listed documents are given in the "My Personal Information" section of the mobile application. In addition, it will be possible to evaluate the performance of healthcare facilities and medical workers through the mobile application to measure the quality of the provided services and study the satisfaction of citizens.”

“"e-Tabib" users can view the state health facilities attached to TABIB on the map given in the application from the "Useful information" section, select the nearest medical facility, and link it with the navigation applications on their mobile phones. They can also view the medical services provided under the Benefit Package, the National Vaccination calendar, and the most frequently asked questions. If an answer to your question is not included in the list, you can navigate to the contact section, generate a new question and send an inquiry. In addition, the mobile application allows citizens to send requests, suggestions and complaints.
