The next group of volunteers educated in the field of information technologies has been hired by the Agency

The State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) organized "Voluntary Program II in the field of information technologies (IT)" from June to September of this year.

The aim of the program is to support young people in acquiring knowledge in the field of IT, to organize theoretical and practical trainings to improve their professional knowledge, and to support career development by acting as a first employer.

The Agency received 815 applications to participate in the program announced in April of this year. Of these, 46 volunteers with the highest scores participated in the interview stage. The candidates were individuals who studied at the bachelor's and master's levels in the field of IT. Six of them were hired as junior specialists in the Programming Division of the Information Technologies and Innovations Office of the Agency, which was their first job.

Within the scope of the program, volunteers were divided into groups within the Information Technologies and Innovations Office of the Agency over the course of two months. The volunteers attended master classes taught by mentors selected among the employees of the Office. The program participants were trained on the following topics: necessary solutions for the development of softwares, mobile applications and various programs, types of log files, security of software systems, and artificial intelligence technology. English language training was also organized for the participants of the voluntary program.

Other volunteers who achieved the best results received certificates. Due to the high quality of their results, the Agency issued reference letters for them. Their information is included in the Agency's reserve personnel database in order to be re-evaluated for future vacancies.

This is the second volunteer program implemented by the Agency with the participation of volunteers in the field of IT. Upon completion of the first program implemented last year, 12 persons were hired in various departments of the Information Technologies and Innovations Office of the Agency.
