The operation of the 1542 Call Center of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance will be suspended for 3 hours

The operation of the 1542 Call Center of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) will be suspended for 3 hours after 22:00 today, due to improvements being made in the system of the Call Center.

During this time, the 1542-0 line of the Call Center, which operates 7/24 due to the coronavirus pandemic, will be temporarily unavailable.

It is planned to complete the system upgrade and resume the operation of the 1542 Call Center as soon as possible.

The Agency apologizes to the citizens for the inconvenience.

Please be informed that the Call Center's 1542-0 line for coronavirus infection operates 7/24, and the lines for psychological support and outpatient services operate from 08:00 to 22:00 on weekdays and from 09:00 to 21:00 on weekends. The line for mandatory health insurance operates from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays.
