The Procedure of submission of reports on medical services provided by a healthcare provider or a medical territorial unit within mandatory health insurance has been approved

The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has adopted a decision on the approval of the “Procedure of submission of reports on medical services provided by a healthcare provider or a medical territorial unit within mandatory health insurance”.

The Procedure of submission of reports on medical services provided by a healthcare provider or a medical territorial unit within mandatory health insurance has been approved for the purpose of applying the Law dated December 28,2018 “On making changes to the Law “On Health Insurance” and ensuring the fulfillment of the item 1.1.9 of the Decree of the President of Azerbaijan dated 31 January, 2019 “On the Revocation of the Decree dated December 30, 1999 “On the Application of the Law “On Health Insurance”.

The Decision will enter into force on January 1, 2020.
