The statement of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Azerbaijan and State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance

Special medical facility has been designated to accommodate those arriving in Azerbaijan from Wuhan, China, where the coronavirus was first discovered.

Several students, who arrived in Azerbaijan from Wuhan city on January 30, are under medical observation in that medical facility. According to doctors, no coronavirus symptoms have been identified in those students. After completing quarantine period, the students will be discharged.

Baku office of the World Health Organization, Health Ministry of the Republic of Azerbaijan and State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance state that no coronavirus has been discovered in the territory of Azerbaijan.
