Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the Agency, visited the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic

Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance and the delegation he headed visited the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Zaur Aliyev, Vugar Gurbanov, the Executive Director of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABİB), Nigar Bayramova and Anar Israfilov, deputies of the abovementioned officers, and Samig Sadikhov, General Director of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic all visited the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in Nakhchivan. Bunches of flowers were placed on the monument, and the memory of the great leader was honored.

During the visit, the delegation met with Fuad Najafli, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.

Later, the officials visited Nakhchivan State University (NSU). In the meeting held with the participation of Samig Sadikhov, General Director of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, it was reported that there is a separate building, a hospital, and laboratories equipped with modern equipment for the medical faculty. The delegation visited the library, computer room, histology, anatomy, physiotherapy, pathology and dental technical laboratories in the medical faculty of NSU.

During the visit, the delegation visited the Hospital of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic and the Maternity Center, Nakhchivan Diagnostic & Treatment Center, Shahbuz Regional Central Hospital and rural outpatient centers. The visitors were informed about the working mechanism of the mandatory health insurance system in medical facilities, medical services provided under insurance, etc.
