Zaur Aliyev received citizens in the district of Balakan

On June 24, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, received residents from the Balakan, Zagatala, and Gakh districts at the Balakan District Central Hospital.

Before the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev in Balakan. Bunches of flowers were placed in front of the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

The applications of 31 citizens were considered at the meeting held with the participation of the head of the Shaki branch of the Agency and the heads of the central hospitals of the Balakan, Zagatala, Gakh, and Shaki districts. Citizens' applications were mainly related to the problems of disability, work and labor relations, examination and treatment, the issuing of referrals to specialized medical facilities under mandatory health insurance, and the provision of medicines. Applications were considered, and many problems were efficiently settled. The relevant instructions were given to consider other applications in accordance with the legislation.

It should be noted that the meeting was held in accordance with the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, titled "Schedule of meetings to be held in cities and districts in June 2022 by the heads of the central executive authorities and other administrative authorities." The on-site reception of citizens allows for the more efficient consideration of applications, the ability to make optimal decisions for the resolution of applications and increases citizens’ satisfaction.
