The 1542 Call Center of the Agency received 83,866 requests during the first six months of the current year

From January to June of 2022, the 1542 Call Center of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) received a total of 83,866 inquiries. The Call Center received 15,848 requests via the mandatory health insurance line, 4,051 via the disability problems line, 2,702 via the coronavirus infection line, and 61,265 via the operator contact line.

Most of the inquiries received by the mandatory health insurance line were related to examination, treatment, and the provision of medicines.

The inquiries received on the coronavirus infection line were mainly related to the following:

  • Requests for general information about the coronavirus infection: 388
  • Requests regarding vaccination: 1,478
  • Requests regarding the results of COVID-19 tests: 836

All inquiries received by the Call Center were responded to promptly, issues requiring investigation were forwarded to relevant structural departments, and callers were informed about the results of investigations.

For your information, the Agency's Call Center provides services on four lines. The Call Center's mandatory health insurance line (1542-1), disability problems line (1542-2), coronavirus infection line (1542-3). The sub-line for receiving general information about the coronavirus disease (1542-3-1), the vaccination sub-line (1542-3-2), and the COVID-19 test result sub-line (1542-3-3) operate five days a week from 09:00 to 18:00, with operator contact line (1542-0) operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
