The Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Agency reviewed the conditions at the Shusha modular hospital

Nigar Bayramova, Deputy Chairman of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance reviewed the conditions of the newly installed modular hospital in Shusha.

N. Bayramova said that the Shusha modular hospital, which was commissioned on the instructions of the President, was the next step in improving the health infrastructure in the country: “The installation of the hospital makes medical services accessible to the population. Citizens will be able to use these medical services free of charge within the Mandatory Health Insurance Package”.

Fazil Almammadov, the head of the Narimanov Medical Center, who was assigned to the Shusha modular hospital, informed the Deputy Chairman of the Board about the measures taken at the hospital. He said that the conditions created at the Shusha modular hospital, including the latest medical equipment, will improve the examination and treatment of citizens: “The hospital is equipped with a centralized oxygen generator system. The surgery room and intensive care room, as well as all the wards, are equipped with an oxygen line. The hospital will provide emergency medical care, polyclinic, laboratory, functional diagnostics, anesthesiology-resuscitation, and inpatient services.”

Speaking about the supply of the hospital, F. Almammadov noted, that the functional diagnostics room was equipped with a portable X-ray device. General and biochemical analyzes can be conducted in the laboratory of the medical facility. The staff of the hospital includes a traumatologist, general surgeon, cardiologist, rheumatologist, anesthesiologist-resuscitator, functional diagnostician, mid-level medical staff and junior medical staff, as well as non-medical staff. At present, the hospital has 9 beds.
