The range of employees in healthcare facilities receiving fixed monthly incentive supplements has been expanded

By the relevant decision of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency), the “Rules for remuneration of healthcare workers employed in medical facilities subordinated to the “Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions” public legal entity (TABIB) has been amended. The new amendment expands the range of medical and non-medical staff receiving fixed monthly incentive supplements in medical facilities.

Fixed incentive supplements have been applied to the monthly salaries of employees working in the scientific divisions of the following 8 research institutes: This amendment comes into force from April 1, 2021.

Scientific-Research Institute of Pediatrics named after K. Farajova
Azerbaijan Scientific Research Institute of Medical Rehabilitation
Azerbaijan Scientific-Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics
Scientific Research Institute of Cardiology named after J.Abdullayev
Scientific-Research Institute of Medical Prevention named after V.Akhundov
Scientific-Research Institute of Pulmonary Diseases
Scientific Surgical Center named after M. Topchubashov

Fixed monthly incentives apply to more than 470 employees working in the following 8 positions:

Example 1: The monthly (tariff) salary of the head of research division varies from 423 to 529 manats according to the 14th and 17th degrees of Single Tariff Schedule. In addition, if you receive a fixed monthly incentive of 500 manat, the total amount will be 923-1029 manats.

Example 2: The monthly (tariff) salary of the senior researcher varies from 457 to 529 manats according to the 16th and 17th degrees of Single Tariff Schedule. In addition, if you receive a fixed monthly incentive of 400 manat, the total amount will be 857-929 manats.

Note that this is the third change made to the Rule. Measures to improve the mechanisms for regulating the salaries of health workers, enhance their material well-being and strengthen social protection will further be continued.
