Zaur Aliyev awarded with jubilee medal “100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (1918-2018)”

Upon the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, N 1205 dated 27 May 2019, Zaur Aliyev, the Chairman of the Executive Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance was awarded with the jubilee medal of “100th anniversary of the Azerbaijan Democratic Republic (1918-2018)”.

The jubilee medal was presented by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Novruz Mammadov.

Zaur Aliyev expressed his deep gratitude to President Ilham Aliyev for shown attention and said he will justify this confidence.

The mandatory health insurance has been successfully implementing by the Agency as a pilot project for about 3 years in city of Mingachevir, Yevlakh and Agdash districts. As a result of the positive results of pilot project, the government decided to apply mandatory health insurance throughout the country in 2020. The Agency takes necessary measures for introduction of mandatory health insurance on the basis of the tasks assigned by the head of state and makes great efforts for successful implementation of this social project.
