Electronic applications are answered within 15 working days from the date they are received, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Citizens’ Applications.” If further review or investigation is needed, the response time may be extended to a maximum of 30 working days.

An electronic application may not be reviewed in the following cases:

• If the applicant's full name or other required information is not clearly provided;
• If the content includes offensive language or slander;
• If the same issue is repeatedly submitted without valid justification.

To check the status of your application, you can contact the Agency’s Call Center by dialing 1542.

In addition to submitting electronic applications, you can contact the Agency through the following methods:

• Sending a letter by postal mail;

• Scheduling an appointment to meet with Agency officials;
• Contacting the 1542 Call Center;
