Complaints received directly by the Appeals Council (those not considered repeat complaints) without prior review by the relevant structural unit of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance or the Agency's subordinate institutions, as well as appeals related to corruption-related offenses, will be forwarded to the appropriate authority for review. Additionally, only entrepreneurs and their legal representatives can submit complaints to the Appeals Council, and these complaints must pertain solely to entrepreneurial activities or their own business operations.

The appeal will be reviewed by the Appeals Council of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance in accordance with Decree No. 681 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated May 6, 2019, the Regulations of the Appeals Council of the "State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance" public legal entity, and other normative legal acts. The applicant will receive an official notification regarding the outcome of the review.
