Zaur Aliyev received citizens in Khachmaz district

On May 23, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, held a citizen reception at the Khachmaz District Central Hospital, meeting with residents of Khachmaz, Shabran and Siyazan districts.

Prior to the reception, Mr. Aliyev visited the monument to National Leader Heydar Aliyev in Khachmaz, where he laid flowers in tribute to the Great Leader’s memory. The citizen reception was held with the participation of Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Director of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the head of the Guba branch of the Agency, and the directors of the central hospitals of Khachmaz, Shabran, Siyazan and neighboring districts.

During the reception, 19 citizens were received. They raised issues primarily related to access to examination and treatment services under mandatory health insurance, issuance of medical referrals, organization of medical services, provision of medications, disability-related matters and labor relations. Several appeals were addressed and resolved on the spot, while instructions were issued to investigate and review the remaining cases in accordance with the relevant legislation.

It should be noted that the reception was held in accordance with the "Schedule for Citizen Receptions by Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Bodies in Cities and Regions for May 2025," following the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. These mobile citizen receptions are designed to ensure the prompt review of appeals in the regions, support efficient decision-making for their resolution, and improve overall citizen satisfaction.
