Video conference held with COVID-19 experts in foreign countries

On March 3, 2020 video conference held on exchange of experience between COVID-19 experts of People’s Republic of China and six countries. The video conference was attended by  Fu Gao,  an academician and the director of  Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Wu  Zunyou, Chief Epidemiologist of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Wang Guiqiang,  chief physician, director of the infectious disease department of Peking University First Hospital, Yu Jun , Deputy Director-General of the Department of European-Central Asian Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, representatives of departments from emergency situations, health, economy, customs.

Azerbaijan was represented by Saadat Rahimli, head of division of Asia, Africa and Oceania countries of the Foreign Policy Section at the Presidential Administration, Eldar Salimov, head of Asian Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Tural Gulu, head of international cooperation section at the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, Ramin Aghayev, head of international affairs and protocol section at the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), Yagut Garayeva, head of the section for Disease Control and Prevention at TABIB, Gumral Alakbarova, microbiology specialist at the   National Hematology and Transfusion Center, Xu Qinghead, head of the political affairs section of the embassy of the PRC to Azerbaijan, Schi Fang, attaché of the embassy Shi Fang and other representatives. 

Chinese experts reported the situation with coronavirus epidemy in their countries and gave recommendations to the participants of the video conference on fighting the disease. At the end Chinese experts answered the questions of conference participants from six countries.
