Award ceremony was held

On June 23, the Ministry of Education organized an award ceremony for employees of the "Students’ Friend" project and school principals involved in the organization of the vaccination process for educators, with the support of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance.

The ceremony started with the national anthem. The memory of the martyrs of the Patriotic War was commemorated with a minute of silence.

The ceremony was attended by Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Education, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance and other guests.

Emin Amrullayev, Minister of Education, making a speech at the event, commended the work done for the vaccination process as part of the "Students’ Friend" project. The Minister also spoke about the special works carried out in schools during the pandemic under the framework of the "Students’ Friend" project.

At the end, Emin Amrullayev congratulated the awarded employees and wished success to the students' friends.

Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the Agency, said that the active participation of educators in the vaccination program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, had contributed to the successful implementation of the vaccination process. Zaur Aliyev stated that the organization of such a high level of vaccinations would contribute to an uninterrupted education and training process.

Afterwards, 44 students’ friends, 10 staff members, and 13 principals who participated in the organization of the vaccination process were awarded with certificates and various gifts.
