1542 Information of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance

Today, the human rights activist, Ogtay Gulaliyev, was transferred to EGE Hospital by the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance for examination and to continue his treatment. At present, instrumental and laboratory examinations of the patient are being carried out at the abovementioned health facility. The patient's condition in the intensive care unit is assessed by doctors as being severe but stable.
It should be noted, that after the gastrostomy tube was removed from the abdomen, O. Gulaliyev attended the Scientific-Surgical Center named after M. A. Topchubashov. After examination and treatment, the patient was discharged, but his condition worsened, and he applied to attend the Scientific-Surgical Center again.
The costs of O. Gulaliyev’s examination and treatment are being covered by the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance.
