Zaur Aliyev received citizens in the Shamakhi district

Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, received residents from the Shamakhi, Gobustan, and Agsu districts at the Shamakhi District Central Hospital on December 23.

Before the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev in Shamakhi. Bunches of flowers were placed in front of the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

The applications of 33 citizens were considered at the meeting held with the participation of Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Director of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABİB) and the heads of the regional hospitals of the Shamakhi, Gobustan, and Agsu districts. Citizens' applications were mainly related to problems concerning disability, work and labor relations, examination and treatment, the issuing of referrals to specialized medical facilities under mandatory health insurance, and the provision of medicines. Applications were considered and many problems were efficiently settled. The relevant instructions were given to consider other applications in accordance with the legislation.

It should be noted that the meeting was held according to an order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, known as "Schedule of meetings to be held in cities and regions in December 2022 by the heads of the central executive authorities and other administrative authorities." The reception of citizens held under on-site conditions allows for the more efficient consideration of applications, more optimal decisions for the resolution of applications, and increases citizen satisfaction.
