Zaur Aliyev met with citizens in the city of Khachmaz

On February 24, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, received residents of the districts of Khachmaz, Shabran, and Siyazan at the Central District Hospital of Khachmaz.

Before the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of the National Leader Heydar Aliyev in the city of Khachmaz. Bunches of flowers were placed in front of the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

The appeals of 28 citizens were considered at the meeting held with the participation of Vugar Gurbanov, the executive officer of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABİB), the head of the Agency's Guba branch, and the heads of the Khachmaz, Shabran, and Siyazan district central hospitals. Citizens' appeals were mainly related to problems of disability, work and labor relations, examination and treatment, the issuing of referrals to specialized medical facilities under mandatory health insurance, and the provision of medicines. The appeals were considered, and many problems were efficiently settled. The relevant instructions were given to examine other applications and consider them in accordance with the legislation.

It should be noted that the meeting was held according to the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, in accordance with "Schedule of meetings to be held in cities and districts in February 2023 by the heads of the central executive authorities and other administrative authorities." The reception of citizens held under on-site conditions allows for the more efficient consideration of appeals, making optimal decisions for handling raised issues and increasing citizens' satisfaction.
