1542 Notification regarding the operation of the Agency's "1542" Call Center

The operation of the "1542" Call Center of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance was suspended after 16:00 on April 20 due to the improvement works carried out in the e-information systems of the Agency. For this reason, the "Request callback" service on the Agency's official website has also been disabled.
The improvement works carried out on the system will be completed in a short time and the operation of the "1542" Call Center will be resumed.
Citizens can send their inquiries on mandatory health insurance to info@its.gov.az and contact us through the "Electronic application" section on the Agency's official website (https://its.gov.az).
