Zaur Aliyev received citizens in the Gabala district

On May 26, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, received the residents of the Gabala, Oguz, and Ismayilli regions at the Gabala District Central Hospital.

Before the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city of Gabala. Bunches of flowers were placed in front of the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

The appeals of 26 citizens were considered at the meeting held with the participation of Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Director of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the directors of regional central hospitals of the Gabala, Oguz, and Ismayilli districts, and the heads of the Agency’s Sheki and Shamakhi branches. Citizens' appeals were mainly related to examination and treatment, surgical operations, the issuance of referrals to specialized health facilities under mandatory health insurance, the provision of medicines, disability issues, work and labor relations. The appeals were carefully examined, and a number of problems were efficiently eliminated. Relevant instructions were given for examining other appeals and settling them in accordance with the legislation.

It should be noted that the meeting was held according to the order issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, known as the "Schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by the heads of the central executive authorities and other administrative institutions” in May 2023. The local reception of citizens ensures that applications in the regions are efficiently reviewed, optimal decisions for settlement of problems are made, and citizen satisfaction is increased.
