Agency employees were informed about crisis situations

In accordance with the "Communication plan for crisis situations" approved by the Decision No. 16, dated May 10, 2022, of the Board of Directors of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency), an informational session on crisis situations was held for the Agency's employees.

Aynura Ahmadova, the head of the Agency's Marketing and Public Relations Department, made a presentation on the topics of crisis management and the communication plan. The participants were informed about crises and their classifications, stages of crisis situations, principles to be followed in response measures, and other related subjects.

In the end, the Working Group of the Agency's representatives on the management of crisis situations discussed the issues arising from the communication plan.
