Zaur Aliyev received citizens in the city of Ganja

On June 23, Zaur Aliyev, the Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, received the residents of the Ganja, Samukh, and Kalbajar regions at the Ganja City United Hospital.

Before the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in Ganja. Bunches of flowers were placed in front of the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

The appeals of 40 citizens were considered at the meeting held with the participation of Nigar Bayramova, Deputy Chairman of the Agency's Board, Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Director of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the directors of regional central hospitals of Ganja, Samukh, and Kalbajar, and the head of the Agency’s Ganja branch. Citizens' appeals were mainly related to examination and treatment, surgical operations, the issuance of referrals to specialized health facilities under mandatory health insurance, the provision of medicines, disability issues, and work and labor relations. The appeals were carefully reviewed, and a number of problems were efficiently eliminated. Relevant instructions were given for examining other requests and settling them in accordance with the legislation.

It should be noted that the meeting was held according to the order issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, known as the "Schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by the heads of the central executive authorities and other administrative institutions” in June 2023. The local reception of citizens ensures that applications in the regions are efficiently reviewed, optimal decisions for settlement of problems are made, and citizen satisfaction is increased.
