Zaur Aliyev receives citizens in Gazakh City

On August 18, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents from Gazakh, Tovuz, and Agstafa regions at the Regional Central Hospital of Gazakh.

Before the meeting, he visited the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in Gazakh city, where bunches of flowers had been placed as a tribute to the Great Leader.

During the meeting, 33 citizens presented their requests. The directors of the Regional Central Hospitals of Gazakh, Tovuz, and Agstafa regions, as well as the heads of Ganja and Shamkir regional branches of the Agency, attended the meeting. The citizens' requests mainly focused on disability issues, employment and labor relations, medical examinations and treatments, issuance of referrals to specialized medical facilities, provision of medicines, and the repair of rural medical centers. We thoroughly reviewed the requests and efficiently resolved several issues. To address the remaining requests and ensure compliance with legislation, we issued relevant instructions.

The meeting followed the 'Schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by the heads of central executive authorities and other administrative institutions in August 2023,' as ordered by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Conducting citizen receptions at the local level helps to efficiently examine applications in different regions, make optimal decisions for problem resolution, and increase overall citizen satisfaction. The receptions are an effective way to connect with citizens and address their concerns.
