Zaur Aliyev receives citizens in Sabirabad City

Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents from Sabirabad, Saatli, Imishli, and Hajigabul districts at the Regional Central Hospital in Sabirabad on September 29.

Before the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in the city of Sabirabad. Bunches of flowers were put in front of the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

During the meeting, held in the presence of Vugar Gurbanov, the executive officer of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), as well as the head of the Shirvan regional branch of the Agency and the directors of the Regional Central Hospitals in Sabirabad, Saatli, Imishli, and Hajigabul regions, the requests of 33 citizens were heard. The citizens' concerns primarily revolved around issues such as examination and treatment, the implementation of mandatory health insurance, medical services provided to the insured, the supply of medicines and medical devices, disability matters, work and labor relations, and the repair of medical facilities. These requests were meticulously reviewed, and several issues were promptly addressed. To further address and resolve other inquiries in accordance with legislation, specific instructions were issued.

It is noteworthy that the meeting adhered to the "Schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by the heads of central executive authorities and other administrative institutions in September 2023," as per the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Conducting citizen receptions locally facilitates the efficient examination of applications in different regions, enabling optimal decision-making to address issues outlined in the applications, ultimately enhancing citizen satisfaction.
