Zaur Aliyev received citizens in Shirvan

Zaur Aliyev, the Chairman of the Board of the Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents from Shirvan and Hajigabul regions at the Regional Central Hospital of Shirvan on December 22.

Prior to the meeting, Zaur Aliyev paid a visit to the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in Shirvan city. A tribute to the Great Leader was paid with floral arrangements placed in front of the monument.

During the meeting, attended by Vugar Gurbanov, the executive officer of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the head of the regional branch of the Agency in Shirvan, and directors of the Regional Central Hospitals of Shirvan and Hajigabul regions, the requests of 18 citizens were addressed. The citizens' concerns mainly revolved around examination and treatment, medical services covered by mandatory health insurance, disability issues, work and labor relations, as well as repair and supply matters. The requests were carefully reviewed, and several issues were efficiently resolved. To further address and settle remaining requests in accordance with legislation, relevant instructions were issued.

It is noteworthy that the meeting was conducted in line with the "Schedule of reception of citizens in cities and regions by the heads of the central executive authorities and other administrative institutions in December 2023," as per the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Holding citizen receptions locally ensures the effective examination of applications in the regions, facilitates optimal decision-making for problem resolution, and contributes to increased citizen satisfaction.
