Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents of Neftchala, Salyan, and Bilasuvar districts at the Neftchala District Central Hospital on January 25.
Before the meeting, Zaur Aliyev paid tribute to the national leader Heydar Aliyev by visiting his monument in Neftchala. Floral tributes were laid at the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.
During the meeting, the requests of 14 citizens were heard in the presence of Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Officer of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the head of the Agency's Jalilabad branch, and the directors of the Neftchala, Salyan, and Bilasuvar district Central Hospitals. The citizens' requests mainly concerned medical examinations and treatments, services provided under mandatory health insurance, repair and supply issues, as well as employment and labor relations. Several issues were promptly resolved, and relevant instructions were given to address other requests in accordance with the law.
It is worth noting that this meeting was held in line with the "Schedule of Citizen Receptions in Cities and Regions by Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Institutions in January 2024," as directed by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. These local citizen receptions ensure the efficient review of requests in the regions, enable optimal decisions to resolve issues, and enhance citizen satisfaction.
