On June 21, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents of Goranboy and Naftalan.
Prior to the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of the national leader Heydar Aliyev in Goranboy. He placed flowers at the monument to honor the memory of the Great Leader.
During the meeting, which included Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Officer of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the head of the Agency’s regional branch in Ganja, and directors of the Naftalan Central City Hospitals, 15 citizens presented their requests. The issues raised were primarily related to examination and treatment, the introduction of mandatory health insurance, issuance of medical referrals to the insured, provision of medicines, disability issues, and employment and labor relations. Each request was thoroughly reviewed, and several issues were resolved efficiently. Instructions were given to address additional requests in accordance with the relevant legislation.
This meeting was conducted according to the "Schedule for Citizen Receptions in Cities and Regions by Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Institutions for June 2024," as ordered by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Local receptions facilitate the efficient handling of requests in the regions, enable optimal decision-making for problem resolution, and enhance citizen satisfaction.
