On October 18, Zaur Aliyev,Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents of the Zagatala and Balakan districts at the Zagatala District Central Hospital.
Prior to the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev in Zagatala city. Flowers were laid in front of the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.
The meeting was attended by Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Officer of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the Head of the Agency's Sheki Branch, and directors of the district central hospitals of Zagatala and Balakan. During the reception, residents presented requests primarily related to medical examinations and treatment, issuance of referrals, employment and labor relations, and the supply of medicines under mandatory health insurance.
Each request was carefully reviewed, and many issues were resolved promptly. For matters requiring further examination, relevant instructions were issued to address them in compliance with applicable legislation.
The meeting was conducted in accordance with the "Schedule of Reception of Citizens in Cities and Districts by Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Institutions in October 2024," as per the order of President Ilham Aliyev. These receptions aim to ensure efficient handling of requests at the local level, facilitate timely decision-making to resolve issues, and enhance citizen satisfaction.
