On September 24, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents of Kurdamir, Zardab, and Ujar districts at the Kurdamir District Central Hospital.
Prior to the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev. Bouquets were laid at the monument, paying tribute to the memory of the Great Leader.
During the reception, the applications of 24 citizens were reviewed, with the participation of Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Director of the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the head of the Agency's Goychay branch, and the directors of the Kurdamir, Zardab, and Ujar District Central Hospitals. Citizens’ appeals primarily concerned examinations and treatments under compulsory health insurance, issuance of medical referrals, disability matters, provision of medications, and work-related issues. Several issues raised in the citizens’ appeals were addressed immediately, while instructions were issued to investigate and review the remaining cases in accordance with the law.
The citizen reception was held in accordance with the "Schedule of Citizens’ Receptions in Cities and Regions in September 2025 by Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Bodies", following the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. Mobile citizen receptions help review applications more efficiently in the regions, make optimal decisions for their resolution, and enhance citizen satisfaction.
