On November 14, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of Executive Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (the Agency), met with residents of Goygol, Dashkesan, Goranboy, Khojaly districts, and Naftalan city at the Goygol District Central Hospital.
Prior to the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev. Bouquets were laid at the monument, paying tribute to the memory of the Great Leader.
Citizens’ appeals were reviewed during the reception attended by Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Director of the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), the head of the Ganja branch of the Agency, as well as the heads of healthcare facilities subordinate to the Ganja City Regional Medical Division. Citizens’ appeals primarily concerned examinations and treatments under mandatory health insurance, issuance of medical referrals, and work-related issues. Several issues raised in the citizens’ appeals were addressed immediately, while instructions were issued to investigate and review the remaining cases in accordance with the law.
Worth noting that the reception was held in accordance with the "Schedule of Citizens’ Receptions in Cities and Regions in November 2025 by Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Bodies", following the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. Mobile citizen receptions help review appeals more efficiently in the regions, enable optimal decision-making for their resolution, and enhance overall citizen satisfaction.
