On January 29, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Executive Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, received citizens in Nakhchivan.
Prior to the meeting, Zaur Aliyev visited the monument of national leader Heydar Aliyev. Bouquets were laid at the monument, paying tribute to the memory of the Great Leader.
Citizens' applications were reviewed during the meeting held with the participation of the Chairman of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Citizens’ appeals primarily concerned examinations and treatments under mandatory health insurance, issuance of medical referrals, provision of medications and medical consumables. Several issues raised in the citizens’ appeals were addressed immediately, while instructions were issued to investigate and review the remaining cases in accordance with the legislation.
Worth noting that the reception was held in accordance with the "Schedule of Citizens’ Receptions in Cities and Regions in January 2026 by Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Bodies", following the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev. Mobile citizen receptions help review applications more efficiently in the regions, make optimal decisions for their resolution, and enhance citizen satisfaction.
