The State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance (Agency) has introduced a new service at its "1542" Call Center to enhance service quality and increase citizen satisfaction.
Effective today, citizens can direct their inquiries about services provided at contracted private medical facilities under the mandatory health insurance to the "1542" Call Center. After selecting the preferred language, callers should press button 2 for assistance.
Previously, calls related to disability issues were handled through the 2nd line. As disability referrals are processed by medical facilities under the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), citizens should now contact TABIB’s "815" Call Center for such matters.
The Agency’s Call Center operates on four lines: Mandatory Health Insurance Line (1542-1), Services in Contracted Private Medical Facilities Line (1542-2), Referrals Line (1542-3), Coronavirus Line (1542-4).
These lines are available from 09:00 to 18:00, Monday through Friday. Additionally, the operator contact line (1542-0) is available 24/7.
