Zaur Aliyev receives citizens in Absheron district

On February 23, Zaur Aliyev, Chairman of the Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, met with residents from the Absheron, Khizi, and Zangilan districts at the Absheron District Central Hospital.

Prior to the meeting, Zaur Aliyev paid tribute to the national leader Heydar Aliyev by visiting his monument in the Absheron district. Flowers were laid at the monument, and the memory of the Great Leader was honored.

At the meeting, the requests of 13 citizens were heard, with the participation of Vugar Gurbanov, Executive Officer of the Administration of Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), and the directors of the district central hospitals of Absheron, Khizi, and Zangilan. The requests mainly concerned medical examinations and treatment, the implementation of mandatory health insurance, services provided to insured individuals, disability issues, infrastructure repairs, and employment and labor relations. Each request was carefully reviewed, and a number of issues were promptly resolved. For other matters, relevant instructions were given to ensure they are addressed in accordance with the law.

It should be noted that the meeting was held in line with the "Schedule of Citizen Receptions in Cities and Regions by the Heads of Central Executive Authorities and Other Administrative Institutions in February 2024," issued by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Ilham Aliyev. Local citizen receptions ensure that requests are thoroughly examined, optimal decisions are made to resolve problems, and citizen satisfaction is increased.
