Chairman of the Executive Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance Zaur Aliyev received the citizens

The Chairman of the Executive Board of the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance Zaur Aliyev according to his schedule received the citizens on February 6, 2019. During the reception, the questions of citizens mainly were about mandatory health insurance, medical examination, treatment and other issues. The requests of citizens have been carefully listened, the relevant tasks given to the head of corresponding structures of the Agency to review those issues in accordance with the legislation.

In order to ensure the convenience of citizens, the official website of the Agency contains special section with a reception schedule of citizens for current year and e-mail addresses needed for making an appointment.

In accordance with the tasks of President Ilham Aliyev to approach the requests of citizens with care and sensitivity the Agency pays special attention to the reception of citizens in pilot regions (city of Mingachevir, districts of Yevlakh and Agdash) where mandatory health insurance now in place.

In total, 231 citizens have been received in 2018, 141 of them were received by the chairman of the Executive Board in the pilot regions. The receptions in regions played an essential role in studying the current situation of works implemented in pilot areas, achieving positive results, citizen’s satisfaction and finding out the solutions to problems. 46% of issues raised by citizens during the receptions in 2018 found positive solution.
